Board of Directors
beth Healy
President
My name is Beth Healy and I am the current President of the FKCO. A little about me, I am married with 4 children, ages 23, 22, 18, and 15, we have three dogs and two cats, and currently reside in Jeffersonton, VA. My husband, and my three adult children, have law enforcement careers ranging from three months to 23 years respectively, at the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office and the Town of Culpeper Police Department. I also happen to be the CFO at a Regional Jail, so to say that public safety and service to the community is what I am about, is a slight understatement. Couple that dedication to the community with my love of all the fur friends, and that is why I am here trying to good for the K9 teams in LE, the men and women behind the badge, and the children who will inherit those responsibilities in the future.
Amanda Koglin
Vice President
My name is Amanda Koglin and I have lived in Fauquier County my entire life and have worked as a paralegal for a local attorney’s office since 2017. Because of my job, I see the need for helping the community every day, which is something I have always enjoyed. My husband, who is also a Fauquier County native, has been a law enforcement officer for 15 years. We have a one-year-old son and a four-month-old son. As my children grow up, I hope to instill in them my love for giving back to others, as well as the importance of volunteering their time to help local organizations as much as possible.
Stacy Bertsch

I am Shelly Wright, the Secretary for FKCO. I have over 8 years of working in various capacities within law enforcement as a civilian. The K-9 unit has always been my favorite division and loved to interact with the dogs as much as possible along with their handlers. I have the desire to serve my community and a passion for dogs. I have two small dogs at home named Penny and Sadie and they bring me so much happiness. I have been married to my husband Steve for over 30 years and we have two amazing daughters who also serve the community.
